Security FAQ
- Which standards do you follow?
- We apply documented security, privacy, quality, and cloud-engineering practices to scoped work. We do not publish certification badges or claim independent attestations we do not hold. See Standards and practices in the Trust Center for details.
- Do you store payment card data?
- No. When online checkout is enabled, card data is handled by Stripe hosted checkout. Farqad Cloud is not PCI DSS certified by virtue of using a payment provider.
- Where is customer production data hosted?
- Customer cloud workloads typically remain in customer-controlled accounts unless a statement of work states otherwise. Website hosting locations are listed under Subprocessors.
- Is this a SaaS subscription?
- Not in the auto-renewing sense. Plans are recurring professional-service subscriptions invoiced against a written agreement for a fixed term, normally 12 months. We keep no card on file, nothing charges automatically, and renewal requires written agreement from both sides. See the Subscription Terms for the full position.
- How do I get a security questionnaire completed?
- Use Request restricted evidence in the Trust Center. Access may require confidentiality terms and will be logged.
