Security FAQ

Which standards do you follow?: We apply documented security, privacy, quality, and cloud-engineering practices to scoped work. We do not publish certification badges or claim independent attestations we do not hold. See Standards and practices in the Trust Center for details.
Do you store payment card data?: No. When online checkout is enabled, card data is handled by Stripe hosted checkout. Farqad Cloud is not PCI DSS certified by virtue of using a payment provider.
Where is customer production data hosted?: Customer cloud workloads typically remain in customer-controlled accounts unless a statement of work states otherwise. Website hosting locations are listed under Subprocessors.
Is this a SaaS subscription?: No. Current plans are one-time service packages or custom quotations and do not renew automatically.
How do I get a security questionnaire completed?: Use Request restricted evidence in the Trust Center. Access may require confidentiality terms and will be logged.
