Refund Policy
When and how refunds may be issued for Farqad Cloud plans and engagements.
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to one-time plan purchases and professional-service engagements sold by Farqad Cloud. It does not create a subscription refund model because current plans do not renew automatically.
Eligibility
- Before kickoff / before work starts: prepaid fees for a cancelled plan are refundable, less non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
- After kickoff: fees for completed or accepted milestones are non-refundable. Unused future milestones may be refundable or credited as stated in the SOW.
- Defect remediation: during any post-delivery defect window stated for a plan, we will remediate qualifying defects in delivered work; refunds are not the default remedy unless we fail to remediate within a reasonable time and the SOW provides a refund/credit.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party licenses, cloud usage, or pass-through costs already purchased
- Services delayed due to customer-caused lack of access or decisions
- Change requests outside original scope that were delivered and accepted
How to request
Email support@farqadcloud.com with order/invoice reference, plan name, and reason. We respond within support hours stated on the Contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, typically within 10 business days after approval (card networks may take longer).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly.
Change notification
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
