Services

Farqad Cloud provides cloud consulting, software development, architecture, security and privacy engineering, managed delivery engagements, and related professional services to businesses and organizations. We do not sell physical goods, and current plans do not renew automatically.

Support

Support is available by email (support@farqadcloud.com) or the Contact form during the hours listed above, unless an SOW provides extended coverage. Support covers questions about active engagements and delivered work within any stated warranty/defect window, billing questions for Farqad Cloud invoices, and website or plan clarification. It does not cover unlimited product development outside SOW scope, a customer's unrelated third-party systems, or emergency incident-response retainers unless purchased. We aim to acknowledge support emails within one business day.

Complaints and disputes

Email support@farqadcloud.com with "Complaint" in the subject, including your contact details, an invoice/SOW reference if any, and a description of the issue and desired outcome. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to provide an outcome within 15 business days. If unresolved, escalate to info@farqadcloud.com for management review. If still unresolved, disputes follow the governing law and venue stated above and in the Terms of Service, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Security and vulnerability reports

We welcome good-faith reports that help us protect customers and systems. Email security@farqadcloud.com with the affected URL/system, a description and proof-of-concept steps, and your contact details. Do not include real personal data of third parties in proof-of-concept payloads, destroy data, or degrade service. The scope, response timelines, and safe-harbor commitment are published on the Responsible disclosure page, which is the authoritative policy.

Accessibility

We aim to make this website usable by people with diverse abilities, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference target (this is not a claim of full conformance certification). If you hit an accessibility barrier, email support@farqadcloud.com with "Accessibility" in the subject; we aim to respond within 5 business days.

Change notification

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
