Managed delivery engagements

After a build engagement ends, someone still has to run the system. Managed delivery keeps the people who built it involved, for a defined window, so operational knowledge doesn't walk out the door on handoff day.

Support hours, response targets, and the change work included are all agreed in writing before the engagement starts. The agreement runs for a fixed term and never renews automatically — no card is kept on file.

What you get

  • Agreed support hours and response targets
  • Change and release assistance within scope
  • Periodic status reporting
  • Named support channels and escalation paths
  • Optional SLA terms where expressly agreed in writing

Who it's for

  • Teams that completed a build or migration and want operating cover with response targets
  • Companies that need operating cover for a delivered system while hiring or transitioning in-house
  • Organizations that want support commitments in writing rather than best-effort promises

How it's delivered

from $2,900/moPlatform · 12-month agreement, invoiced monthly

Delivered as a Platform subscription, or under Custom & RFP where the estate or the obligations are larger. Scope, unit counts, response targets, and any SLA terms are defined in your agreement.

Platforms: AWS and Google Cloud (our engineers hold practitioner credentials on both; see the team).
