Cloud, software & security services

Farqad Cloud provides cloud consulting, software development, architecture, and managed technology services for organizations that need reliable systems designed and operated with responsible security and privacy practices.

We work with startups and mid-size companies that need enterprise-grade cloud and security practices, without the enterprise consultancy overhead.

Typical deliverables

  • Discovery workshop to capture your systems, constraints, and goals
  • Current-state architecture and cloud posture review
  • Risk register, ranked by likelihood and impact

  • Change and release assistance within scope
  • Periodic status reporting
About managed delivery engagements

How we work

Every engagement, fixed-price or custom, follows the same four steps.

1. Discovery

A short workshop to understand your systems, constraints, and goals. You get a written summary of what we heard and the proposed scope.

2. Proposal

A fixed-price plan or a scoped statement of work with acceptance criteria, timeline, and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

3. Delivery

Work against the agreed scope, with regular check-ins. For build engagements: tests, CI/CD, and documentation land alongside the code, not after it.

4. Handoff

A findings report, delivery documentation, or knowledge-transfer session — whichever the plan includes — plus any post-delivery support window.

What's in every assessment report

You don't have to take our word for what “documented deliverables” means. Every cloud architecture assessment produces a written report covering:

  • Executive summary for non-technical stakeholders
  • Current-state architecture and posture review
  • Risk register, ranked by likelihood and impact
  • Prioritized roadmap with sequencing and rough effort estimates
  • Methodology and scope appendix

Pricing is published on Plans. Enterprise work is quoted.
