Cancellation Policy

No automatic renewal

Current plans are one-time packages or custom quotations. There is nothing to “turn off” because subscription auto-renewal is not offered.

How to cancel

Email support@farqadcloud.com from an authorized contact, or use the Contact form with subject “Cancellation”, including invoice/SOW reference.

Effective date

• Pre-kickoff: cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt.
• Active engagement: cancellation is effective on the date stated in our written confirmation, after reasonable wind-down consistent with the SOW (default: 5 business days notice unless the SOW states otherwise).

Fees on cancellation

You remain responsible for fees for work performed and non-recoverable costs through the effective cancellation date. Prepaid unused amounts are handled under the Refund Policy.

Our cancellation rights

We may cancel for material breach, unlawful instructions, non-payment, or AUP violations, with notice where practicable.

Change notification

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
