Service Delivery and Fulfillment Policy
How Farqad Cloud delivers and fulfills purchased professional services.
Nature of goods
Farqad Cloud sells professional and digital services, not physical products. No shipping applies.
Fulfillment steps
- Order or SOW confirmation (email/invoice)
- Kickoff and access provisioning
- Delivery of agreed milestones/deliverables
- Customer review/acceptance per SOW or plan description
- Closure and, where included, post-delivery support window
Timeframes
Each plan states an expected delivery or start timeframe on the Plans page. Custom engagements follow the SOW schedule. Timeframes assume timely customer participation and access.
Acceptance
Unless the SOW states otherwise, deliverables are accepted upon written approval or five (5) business days after delivery without a documented rejection describing material non-conformance.
Dependencies
Delays caused by missing access, third-party vendors, or customer decisions extend timelines accordingly.
Change notification
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
