AI Use and Data Handling Notice

Current use

Farqad Cloud does not use automated AI systems on the public website to make decisions about individuals, and does not send contact-form contents to third-party generative AI providers by default.

Whether AI tools are used inside a customer engagement (for example coding assistants under staff supervision) is controlled by the SOW and customer instructions. Unless an SOW expressly authorizes it, customer confidential materials are not pasted into public AI services.

Configuration flag COMPANY_AI_PROCESSES_CUSTOMER_DATA documents the default public claim. If that flag is enabled in a future release, this notice will be updated with purpose, providers, and safeguards before the change goes live.

Your choices

You may request that an engagement avoid AI-assisted tooling; we will confirm feasibility in the SOW.

No automated legal/credit decisions

We do not use AI on this website for automated legal effect or credit scoring of individuals.

Change notification

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
