Prohibited uses of Farqad Cloud services, systems, and website.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using our website, systems, and delivered services.
Prohibited activities
You may not use our services or systems to:
- attack, probe, or disrupt systems without authorization
- distribute malware, spyware, or phishing content
- infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights
- process unlawful content or violate export/sanctions laws
- attempt to bypass security or access controls
- mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure without written approval
- send spam or abusive communications
- misrepresent affiliation with Farqad Cloud or claim certifications we do not hold
Vulnerability research
Good-faith security research must follow the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations, suspend services, remove content, and report to authorities. Customers remain responsible for end users they authorize.
Change notification
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate notice. Where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice. Where affirmative consent or a contractual amendment is required, continued use alone will not replace that process.
